Individual Coaching with Julia Colangelo: $500 per session
Coaching sessions are available in-person or online. Coaching sessions are ideal if you recognize signs of burnout and want to recover so you can find your groove at work again, or perhaps for the first time. Coaching sessions are where we strategize and develop tools to improve your ability to relate to stress through mindfulness techniques and behavioral strategies.
Having worked as a therapist for a decade, I have crafted my coaching sessions to be distinct from therapy where I am engaged and active and we collaborate to find strategies of recovery that work for your experience of burnout.
Wellness Workshops & Mindfulness Workshops: $1000 per workshop (up to 20 participants)
I’m an adjunct professor at Columbia University where I instruct Mindfulness and Advanced Clinical Practice. I have been practicing mindfulness and mediation in formal and informal practices for 13 years. With experiences as a therapist, supervisor, consultant and instructor, I have developed workshops that engage the body, mind, and spirit. By integrating mindfulness practices, goal-setting strategies and core values exercises, I support workplaces to become more aligned and integrated with their values to prevent employee burnout and support community & connection.
Panels, Speaking events: $5000 per event. Please inquire directly about specialized events on-site or off-site and retreat in the US and abroad.
Ongoing Corporate mini-sessions. I am available to provide ongoing consulting in-house at large or small corporations. These services help support your company and employees to feel valued in fast-paced settings.
